With the unrest across the globe and on campuses, along with the personal hardships you may be encountering, we are strongly encouraging you to be mindful of your safety and well-being. There is never a better time to engage in self-care than right now. See below for more advice on maintaining a healthy mindset and taking care of yourself through hard times.

Maintaining your mental health can be difficult, especially if you have a busy schedule. But we’re here to remind you of the importance of practicing good self-care. Here are some ways our team practices good self-care to give you some ideas! “I listen to music, play with my animals, and buy a new pair of shoes. The music takes me to a better space, my animals keep me grounded and the shoes, well the shoes keep me on the right path.” – Cinnamon Muhlbauer, Operations Manager
