Sierra Lever

As Sr. Marketing Coordinator at Capitol Records/Motown Records, Sierra Lever develops and executes marketing plans for the artists across the genres of urban and pop. This involves collaboratively working with the Digital, International, Radio Promotions, Streaming, Video/Creative, Brand Partnerships, Touring and Publicity teams to build the most comprehensive plans for single, album/EP and video launches and overall artist branding. She has worked across major releases from Migos, Lil Baby, City Girls, NE-YO, Sam Smith, Zaytoven, Stefflon Don, Niall Horan, 5 Seconds of Summer. Prior to working at a label, she worked at the LA Philharmonic in marketing where the focus was on developing strategy that enticed patrons to attend concerts at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Hollywood Bowl. Originally from Portland, OR, she got her first start in music through an internship with The Recording Academy, and worked in multiple departments within the company. After graduating from Syracuse University with a master’s degree in Sport Venue & Event Management, she moved straight to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams and wants to inspire others to do the same in fulfilling their purpose!
