Grace has dedicated her career to helping creators scale their businesses and maximizing their creative reach in the music landscape through sonic branding and collaboration. In her current role at Beatclub, she’s leading strategic content and creator product relations, working closely with premiere producers, artists, and personalities to build soundpacks and other sonic products that further their curative and sonic brands on the greater creative stage.
Mayra Vargas is in the eternal quest for the intersection between music and activism. Born in Lima, Peru now residing in Los Angeles, Vargas is dedicated to uplift songwriters’ voices in the music industry through her work in the publishing world, pitching music for advertising and brands. She is excited to continue making efforts to have diversity, inclusion and love for music at the forefront of her journey and hopes to keep creating ways to make songwriters and artists careers sustainable and soaring to the future.
Ralph Torrefranca has more than 17+ years in the music industry under his belt.
He is currently Sr. Director of A&R, responsible for the signing and development of writers like Jake Scott (signed to Elektra Records, Gold + Platinum cuts), Joe Pepe (Iann Dior, Travis Barker) and Bus (Ty Dolla $ign, Kendrick Lamar).
He’s also the lead singer/songwriter of the band Cuffed Up (KEXP, BBC Radio, KCRW).
Tricia Fontneau-Ramos is an A&R at Disney Music Publishing and Hollywood Records. With a background in publishing, Tricia has used her talent to sign new talent such as FASHXN (Jeremih, 6lack, YG ft. Ty Dolla $ign), Sofia Quinn (Kiana Ledé, Griff), Pendrick (Gashi, Lex) and more. During her time at Disney Tricia has worked on developing new lines of business for Disney’s developing roster of writers, producers and artists.
