Maya Jupiter is an Australian Hip Hop Artivist who’s music explores themes of social justice, activism, and revolutionary motherhood.She co-founded Artivist Entertainment to support artists who use their art to promote positive social transformation and was the producer and presenter of a national Hip Hop radio show and VJ on music Channel [V]. Maya has facilitated song writing workshops with youth for the last twenty years. Now raising a family in Los Angeles, Maya coaches young artists through Music Forward’s Open Mic Friday program and is currently working on an album with Tongva/Chumash Artist Jessa Calderon.
Melanie Lynn Stevenson (she/her) is an artist advocate and mentor and serves as artist relations manager for Roland Americas. She has built a solid reputation as a forward-thinking, people-driven leader in the music and technology space. A multi-instrumentalist since the age of three, Melanie currently rocks her Trevor James flute and Roland Aerophone Pro, enhancing them with her favorite BOSS effects pedals and loop station.
Melanie excels at the art of transforming how musical instrument brands and artists can work together to problem-solve in today’s rapidly shifting industry. She invites conversations on creating positive social change and increasing accessibility and transparency. Recognizing the profound impact of music lessons in her life, Melanie believes everyone should have access to music education from an early age.
Melanie oversees the artist relations team for Roland, BOSS, and V-MODA for the Americas region. Her team has worked on successful artist campaigns for new product releases and supported major tours across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Melanie graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston, earning a dual Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Music Production & Engineering. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her two rescue dogs, Kaia and Luna.
Wendy Parr, The Holistic Artist Coach, is an artist, educator, and networking magician who has spent more than 20 years in the entertainment industry coaching a wildly diverse array of top music artists + actors, including Sara Bareilles, Regina Spektor, Lynn Gunn of PVRIS, Marc E. Bassy, Melanie Martinez and Mandy Gonzalez of Hamilton + In The Heights (both Broadway), penning Grammy-winning compositions, and passionately empowering her clients to build a life and career of success defined by authentic expression.
